Is there a way to make an autostart of an PortableApp application. When I startup PortableApp from the USB-Key, I would like that OpenOffice starts automatically.

Right-click and select Start Automatically. I'd suggest switching to LibreOffice as OpenOffice.org has no legal portable versions past 3.2 and is effectively DOA at the moment. Most of the OO.o developers split and formed LibreOffice which now has more features than OO.o and a regular release schedule.
