How can I prevent the PortableApps Platform update from replacing the custom App\Bin\eject.exe file I created to unmount my TrueCrypt volume before ejecting the USB stick?

Nothing inside the App folder of the PortableApps.com Platform should be altered.
If you want to be able to run something custom on exit, that feature is planned in an upcoming release.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
