I know that GreaseMonkey is now supported by PortableFirefox but is it the same for MeasureIt ?

Firefox Extensions

All Firefox extensions should work with Portable Firefox, so yes.

One exception

The one exception would be an app that hard codes full paths in the prefs.js or its own files. I can't think of any extensions that do that, though.
