I think it would be good to make the netscape browser as a portable app because it is my favourite browser and i use it all the time. It would also be good for at school.:)

so why can firefox?
Unlike Netscape, Firefox is released under an open source license. (And, we're able to keep the Mozilla name and Firefox branding due to a licensing agreement I'm working out with Mozilla.) Even though Netscape uses Firefox code internally, the end product is NOT open source. So you can't modify it and redistribute it.
