Firefox Portable 1.5.0.6 in french ???

Hi,

Following the procedure of this site to put Firefox Portable in french i can't open the fr.xpi by double-click or right-click and open. What's the program to open xpi files or what's an other method to do it?

please help me

File - Open

In Firefox... File - Open. That's it.
