Why is it that some apps don't update when checked?

I just started using the suite. I've noticed that some apps, the latest being Pidgin 2.10.1 does not update. It stays on 2.10.0. The updated program is posted on the site.

Something I'm doing wrong, or does it not update minor updates?

Install Path

Did you install it to something other than X:\PathToAllPortableApps\PidginPortable... something like X:\PathToAllPortableApps\Pidgin or X:\PathToAllPortableApps\PidginPortable230 ? If so, that is it. Close Pidgin and rename X:\PathToAllPortableApps\PidginPortableWhatever to X:\PathToAllPortableApps\PidginPortable
