It looks like you need to install python for it to work.
on the dependencies it might be possible to compile with py2exe and include python files? I have not looked at the app but I know that is how Rendotebook is created to inclue them

On the first start of program it will create some setting folders in exe-file folder. There are will saved all changes and new settings. If You want to reset the program, remove this settings folder Good Luck!!! Free Scince=Free Mind
