On my Sudoku grid, I suddenly get tiny numbers, instead of big, bold numbers. I'd appreciate knowing the problem and how to fix it. Thanks.

If shift is held down or caps lock is on, you can enter (and remove by pressing again) the possible numbers that a given square could be. They show up small around the edge of that square. That way, you don't need to keep it all in your head.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
