tabs bellow on 11.0 ?

I am somehow not able to find to day the setting where the tabs on TB 11.0 are shown bellow the icons etc.

In Firefox it can be switched, in TB ?

Can someone guide me to the setting?

Google or May Not Yet

I doubt anybody here knows so I'd suggest googling about or asking on mozillaZine. They simply may not have a setting for it as the overly aero look with the tabs below was universally panned.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Afraid not. The reasons

Afraid not. The reasons behind having tabs on top in Thunderbird become more apparent. Each tab is more of a window, and its controls belong to the tab, not the other way around. It's awkward to have control buttons change when tabs are on bottom, but it feels natural when it's on top.

I personally think Thunderbird had too much Aero before this, and find the visual refresh a pleasant change. It's also just too much to make Mozilla create UI's for both scenarios in Firefox. If you want an extended reason, take a look at the link below.

OK, giving up on that

It looks like that we all have been hit again by some of those guys who have no idea about work ergonomy now try to tell the rest of the world that siting backwards in the car while driving is more useful and enhanced 'user experience'.

I'm not going to argue with

I'm not going to argue with that, but I advise you to try out Early Bird 13 Alpha's new chat feature, and imagine it with tabs on bottom.
