libreoffice error when run

hello,
I did an "install" of portableapps, then jportable, jlauncher and finally libreofficeportable, but I am unable to start any libre program
though they appear in process explorer
I have to kill them from there beacuse they are of no use to me that way and when tried relaunching one I get
The application cannot be started
a file status object could not be filled

deleted Data directory inside LibreOfficePortable dir and restarted program it showed me the splash screen saying it loads danish , english dictionaries hyphenations etc but nowhere it is except residing in task manager

why is that?
