Thanks R ,but doing so will make FirefoxPortable not to start up! i dont know why this happens , but this is what i exprienced. and as you mentioned, this way will "break the portability" !

In "about:config" pick "browser.cache.disk.parent_directory" and enter the path to wherever you want your cache to be.
If that entry doesn't exist, simply create the new string "browser.cache.disk.parent_directory" and enter the path as "Value". HTH
EDIT: Sorry, I forgot that this will most likely break the "portability". You probably need another solution.
