Facebook app?

Do you mean it's an app that you use from withing Facebook.com, or is it a client that you can chat and see newsfeeds from Facebook? If it's the former, then no, and if it's the latter, be sure it follows PortableApps.com Format Specifications and that it doesn't violate any license agreements, and then you can post it.
