Since it hasn't been resumed for more than a year, do you think it should ever be halted?

what you are talking bout? What regular apps? What has not been resumed? There have been hundreds of apps uploaded. Do you mean Officially Released Apps? Come to the point please what exactly do you mean?

Just the latest in a series

If you check the Track of ufd4376's profile, you will see a lot of posts suggesting that development be halted, or the headquarters moved, etc.

Not sure what the motivation is, but they appear to just be flames.
