I want virtual PC software(or any software where I can create virtual machines). I found this link: https://portableapps.com/node/10308. Here link is given to site http://portable.lococobra.com/, where it is not opening. Can anyone please provide me the software for creating virtual machines? It will be very useful for me. Browsing on internet, I found virtualbox portable software but my bad luck, due to some reason it is also not working... I want only Portable apps software. Please help....

software creating virtual machines needs also to run them. This can not be done portable and even if you find portable virtual box, it is not portable in fact.
The problem is, that for all that you need to install drivers and drivers can be installed only on your own PC where you have admin rights.
If you have no admin rights, you can not use any such software as you will not be able to install the drivers. Therefore to have such software portable is not very much needed. When you need to install drivers for all that, it is much better to have properly installed virtual box or virtual pc or what ever.

Theoretically this could work on its own (it is not real virtual machine in fact) but it is not of much use as it is then very slow. To make it kind of useful, you need to install driver again.

Virtual PC 2007 is a Microsoft poroduct so you would need to ask them
