[Fixed] GIMP Portable 2.8.0 leaving behind font cache files

GIMPPortable 2.8.0 is leaving behind folders and files after installing and opening it. C:\Users\x\AppData\Local\fontconfig\cache\cache-3.

I already have a fix for it uploading now. Also sped up same-PC second runs.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Fixed in 2.8.0 Rev 2

This is now fixed in 2.8.0 Rev 2. Secondary launches on the same PC are now much faster as well.
