can anyone help me set this up to run on my Toshiba Thrive Adroid Tablet..
my goal is to use ToDoList app on my pc and Tablet
just not sure how to do this..

Portable Apps are Windows applications, and some run on Linux or Macs using WINE/darWINE, but they cannot run on Android.
Thank you, others have told me this too.. do not know how to do it but am told Windows can run on a tablet if it is rooted.. sure like ToDoList, closest tablet app found is Ever note..works well, but is not free..

Not an Android tablet, anyway. Android tablets all currently run on ARM processors. Windows 8 will run on ARM processors, too. But, it won't run ANY Windows software at all. It will only run Windows Metro apps built for the new OS. So, it's Windows in name only.
