Does the portable version of GIMP have the same features as the regular version?

Hello,

I have decided to try and learn GIMP for photo editing.

I just started looking at some of the GIMP tutorials.

Are the features in the portable version of GIMP the same as the regular version?

Yes

The version of GIMP Portable available here is an exact copy of the current GIMP for Windows installer. As a result, any tutorials written for the current version of GIMP apply equally to GIMP portable.
