WinDirStat Portable.ini correction

It's not a bug anyway, just my suggestion for the future WinDirStat PAF release.
In the Other\Source\WinDirStatPortable.ini the section is wrongly named
[PuTTYPortable] and it should be [WinDirStatPortable].
