Installing Fonts Help?

I understand that the ability to add your own custom fonts was added to 10.1 update for the platform which allows you to take your own fonts with you from computer to computer, however were do you place the fonts to get this feature? I see no setting within the platform, and I don't see a folder within the platform files to place them. How can I access this feature?
