Sorry if this is already posted but when I open Todolist Portable version 6.4.8 I immediately get an error message on screen behind the splash screen that tells me:
"Another version of ToDoList Portable is starting. Please wait for it to start before launching it again."
The splash screen goes away by itself and this message box allows me to hit ok.
That's all I get. So I am unable to run ToDoList Portable at all.

Likely, a crash or eject caused a previous version to get stuck. With it closed, and ensuring no copies are running in Task Manager, browse to your ToDoListPortable\Data folder and delete the runtime INI file you find there. That should take care of it.
Note: You should double check to see if your ToDoList.ini file is in your Data\settings directory or your ToDoListPortable\App\ToDoList directory. If it is in the ToDoList directory, move it back to Data\settings before starting it up and after deleting the runtime.ini.

Shouldn't the language setting survive an application close down? Other than english must be revived by restart after shutting the app.
