Sent -1 folder ¿ ?

Hello:

I'm using Portable Thunderbird in my USB drive and is working fine (I can check and send my mails in a IMAP server, no issues).

Sometimes I see a "Sent-1" folder in my servers' folder, after I login the folder dissapears.

Is there any tweak to do in order to go away?

Thanks for your time.

Out of Sync

This happens when your folders get out of sync with TB.

First, compact your folders: select any folder on the server and then do File - Compact Folders

Second, exit TB and delete TB's local index files for that IMAP box. To do this, head to:
ThunderbirdPortable\Data\profile\ImapMail\server.name\

In there, delete the files that end with .msf. Do the same thing in the ThunderbirdPortable\Data\profile\ImapMail directory for server.name.msf if there is one.

Then, restart Thunderbird Portable and it will re-sync.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Done! Thanks! I'll keep a

Done!

Thanks!

I'll keep a txt copy of this in the USB unit for future reference.

P.S. I follow the step 1 (compacting folders) I don't know if is normal that the process takes a lot of time, at the bottom keep the message "Compacting folder sent" doesn't change the status (I have to click another folder). Is this normal?

It happens

TB doesn't always clear its status bar messages correctly.
