The App:
CLCL is a clipboard utility by which i can virtually play around with text in ANY editor. its a small (mini, micro, tiny, whatever!) app. (needs a while to configure and unleashing its true potential may take days of exploring and use - no help file associated. But the options are quite self-explanatory.)
Throw in a few plugins here n there and viola! U get a cool multi-function clipboard extension. (i'm really not promoting this guy's work, trust me. this fully customisable thingy IS integrated to my life) I even use it as a scratch pad.
Wish i could upload a configured version somewhere online (pls suggest where i CAN)
For Developers:
This small (master)piece of code is open source and the
program / source / plugins / extensions can be found at
http://www.nakka.com/soft/clcl/index_eng.html
For most of the part, its nearly as 'portable-friendly' as portable apps can get. I aint no programmer, but if the portable-package can manage to simply 'find n replace' the paths in the ini files with the relative paths on the USB drive, then that's about it! - not much of a challenge for u guys though
but nonetheless, u'll like the app. (thanks to Nakashima for the brilliant - and useful - programming, and of course me, for making u realise his potential heehee)
usual yada yada:
I swear by Portable apps - especially FirefoxPortable. makes life better with all those extensions et al that too packed on my mp3 playa!!!
yeah baby, yeah!
Great clipboard tool I use in my thumb drive anyway. It would be great if it were paf compatible.
