Installer Launches App before asking to Launch App

Before the Run the app tick box is presented, the app got launched.

In fact

app launched before the app store installer even closed operations. Installer did not finish/close until Libre office was closed

I got the same ..

.. along with notice visual C++ 2008 runtime was missing from system

I did some digging, and it looks like the custom installer code for starting LibreOffice silently isn't working.

I thought that, too. The code to call LibreOfficePortable silently is the same, but further conditions to do so have been added. Maybe these get triggered by an automatic upgrade. A manual install/upgrade works silently.
Launching LibreOfficePortable.exe -nologo manually from CLI at least is not silent, but that's the same with 3.5.4.

I don't know, what the additional lines in the custom code do exactly. Maybe it is related to the changes to the font folder.
It is not the "preservation" of the deleted languages, because these still get reinstalled after automatic upgrading.
