Can anybody help me find an image mounting software that runs on windows xp limited user please

No such thing, Here's a workaround

You can't mount a drive letter as a limited user. Windows won't permit it.

You can use something like 7-Zip Portable to open up ISO files and get the files out, though.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
