Portable Firefox: fail to load Bulk Upload fetchbox?

I'm using Portable Firefox (v14.0.1) and cannot load the fetchbox.
I've installed Java on my local machine.
In IE9 and FF14, it succeeds.
I am wondering what I have missed to make it work.
