install size Lies!

If you install Multilingual Normal as English with all languages removed, it will be ~260MB installed. A different language will add a given amount. Upgrading from an earlier version may have additional stuff in your Data directory. I just installed it fresh and confirmed it (see proof). The frontpage also specifically says "in as little as" because different options can alter the size as well. Is it really necessary to accuse us of lying?
