I tried to update Data\FirefoxPortable.ini but it gets overwritten and the standard browser (15+) starts.
Any Idea ?

It only works with a browser installed to a FirefoxPortable directory alongside it. It doesn't work with one in FirefoxPortableESR. As FirefoxPortableESR is really only meant for testing compatibility and not intended for end users, there's not much call to have multiple profiles with it. If you're so inclined, you can rename FirefoxPortableESR to FirefoxPortable. Note that this will cause it to be upgraded to the current Firefox by the platform's updater if you are using it.
