How can I use the portableApps Installer as a company. What's the price and (if it's not free) how do I have to proceed. I found no information on the website

As mentioned on the homepage and PA.c Format/Installer page, you need to contact the business development folks at PortableApps.com. If it's freeware, there's no charge and you don't need additional permission than the freeware exception included. If it's payware, there is a small fee involved to be able to use it and be able to be listed in the app directory.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
