Hi!
I use Chrome Portable on my USB stick but for some reason when I add an extension, say tweetDeck on computer A, when I plug in my stick to computer B the tweetDeck extension shows up but its icon is a question mark, and I get a "not found" error.
Is there any way to fix this? Operating system is Windows 7 64bit if that helps.
Thanks,
Six
Some 'add-ons' aren't extensions. They're full-blown installs of software locally and just a link into it. TweetDeck is one such thing, it's a full program (Adobe Air, installed locally, if I recall correctly), not a true extension.

i have the same non saving issues all my extensions don't save, is there a way of forcing save or prioritizing loading of them?
hesitant to say which app i want to load first a polarised answer would be unhelpful to everyone else with the issue.
You must log in to Google in order for your extensions and settings to be maintained. It's mentioned on the Google Chrome Portable homepage and within the license you agree to as you install Google Chrome Portable. Details and discussion are here: https://portableapps.com/node/42637
