Cannot start LibreOfiicePortable 3.6.1.1

I am working with
Windows 7 Home Premium (Build 7601) Service Pack I, 64-bit edition
and
LibreOfficePortable 3.4.5
OOO340m1 (Build:502)
no JAVA installed.
LibreOfficePortable 3.5.x and 3.6.1 could not be installed, because MS VC runtime was missing. NOw, I have tried the new version:
LibreOfficePortable_3.6.1.1_MultilingualNormal.paf
MS VC runtime is not still missing, but i could not launch LibreOffice. The first time it aborts with the message:
"Die Anwendung kann nicht gestartet werden - an error occurred during file opening"
All the times after the first launch it aborts with the message:
"Die Anwendung kann nicht gestartet werden - a file status object could not be filled"
Can anyone help me?

Corrupted or Missing Visual C++ Runtime

That error you see is the direct result of the Visual C++ runtime not being installed or of it being installed but corrupted. As it should be pre-installed on Windows 7, your version is corrupted or missing. The only fix is to install the proper Visual C++ runtime to fix your PC. All versions of LibreOffice from 3.5.0 on require it to be installed and working properly locally.

Cannot start LibreOffice 3.6.1.1

Thank you for your answer. I have downloaded and installed "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.30319" from the Microsoft Site. I have rebootet the PC, I have installed LibreOfficePortable a second time in another folder, but it is still the same. What can I do else?

Local

Please try installing the local version, just temporarily, to see if it is a root issue with LibreOffice itself. If it fails to run, then it is something between LibreOffice and your PC which you will have to address with the publisher. If it succeeds, see if LibreOffice Portable then runs as the LibreOffice local installer may have fixed your PCs configuration in terms of the VC++ runtime.

It works with local version

After installing the local version, LibreOffice Portable runs. After uninstalling the local version, the portable version fais again. So i have installed the local version again. Knows somebody what I have to fix manualy (in the registry??) to run the portable version for itself? Interesting: Now I can export to PDF single pages again, not only the whole document, but I havent't still JAVA on the machine, what the older versions of LibreOffice needed.
At the end: Thank you for your help.
