Is it possible to have firefox2ndprofile working with a directory other then FirefoxPortable?
If not can this be configurable in an ini or something?

It's only designed to work with the FirefoxPortable directory. It's intended for users to be able to automatically update all copies using the PortableApps.com Platform. Advanced users can take the FirefoxPortable.exe launcher, make a copy in another location, and configure it using the INI to point things wherever they want using a similar setup. As you're using non-standard directories, it wouldn't update anyway.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
