Since the program is already

Since the program is already portable, did you ask the developers if they'd package it? If they say no, ask if it's okay if someone else does it for them. If that's the case, I'll take a crack at it. I don't see any odd dependencies like Java or .NET, it's open source and it's free, so the general criteria fits. Hope you can get a favorable answer one way or another.
