STUCK in weird "HOME DASH" 'Browser' w Full \ Half screen mode ♦ PF11 isses '' NEW v 15.

Browser issues:
ver 15.? upgraded from like version 6--
its' Stuck in weird full screen mode with a weird new 'home dash'-
What is HOME DASH - ? new?
it has Translucent tabs and no +(add) tab \
\\ new 1/3 or 1/2 screen
\ no bookmarks-- can't find my open tabs. all options to change toolbars are checked, yet can't see navigaion or any toolbars.
Weird interface- shifting to full screen→ back to the old 'NORMAL screen
its totally erractic- and almost confusingly unable to use-
