Next I have fixed all bug, and I'm ready to, but have some doubt: what have to do now? Only wait, or ask something to somebody?
Now my app is available for test on http://www.realmeteo.com/public/RealMeteoPortable_5.5.paf.exe

If your app requires admin rights to run due to an OCX, it can't be considered portable. The only apps that are permitted to require admin rights are admin utilities, utilities that require admin rights to run no matter what (disk defragmentation, registry cleaning, etc). A word processor or weather app that requires admin rights due to a technical limitation (OCX or DLL needing to be registered) is not considered portable.

If you can find another way to get around the OCX needing to be locally registered, we're more than happy to accept your app for inclusion.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
