(pls) [how to] solve firefox is unable to update {13.0.1 to 16.0.1}

hey all

as explained in me vid youtube.com/watch?v=fSBgRQoboRQ , i can't update firefox . is it posible to know how to fix the bug ?

optional: firefox.exe ---> firefox -> help -> about ff -> check for updates --> apply update = dosn't work ...

not a bug

you are not supposed to do it this way.

Just download the latest version and install it over the previous one. Data will not be lost.
Or let it the platform do.

The procedure you describe is for local installed firefox.
