...not likely. Camino is only for Mac's and despite the commercials you see on TV not many people use Mac's.
Also the point of portable apps is so that you could use them on multiple PC's without leaving any traces behind. Very unlikely that there would be much of a call for someone that uses multiple Mac's.
Having said that there might be some Mac users here that might be able to make it portable. 8)
