can Audacity 2.0.2 use theme ?

can Audacity 2.0.2 use theme ?

i found these themes http://jcsu.jesus.cam.ac.uk/~hdc21/design/audacity/

how can i install in the portable version ?

Open the folder

Open the folder "AudacityPortable\Data\Portable Settings" & Create a folder called 'Theme'
then download the desired theme, renamed to 'ImageCache.png' and place it in the folder "AudacityPortable\Data\Portable Settings\Theme"

Then open "AudacityPortable\Data\Portable Settings\audacity.cfg" with a txt editer, and append the following to 'audacity.cfg':
[Theme]
LoadAtStart=1

then run AudacityPortable.exe
