Mapping Drives in Network Environment

So I have downloaded and installed the PortiableApps software on a windows 2008 server on a partitioned drive. I have séance then mapped a few computers to this drive and some of the functionality works great and others do not I hope someone can help with this please!

The main purpose of this is to give access to all files shared on the server and that part works well were in lies the problem and as I thought it may before starting this process is the apps.

More than one person cannot access an app at the same time without a conflict or error message of sorts. Thus if I had 2 people trying to use Libre office it would become an issue even with some of the smaller apps such as the desktop Keyboard.

Another issue I have found and perhaps there is a fix to already is the removal of certain features I don’t want folks accessing at any time. These features are as follows I would love to remove them.

- Explore
- Apps
- Options
- Search
- Help

Yet another issue I have seen is when mapped to this device every application including itself wants to prompt you to run more than once. So Run comes up and then run comes up again.
Great product but I wish it could do more I also wish it had a minimize option.
