As this app hasn't been developed by the user since they first posted it, and the app has undergone a number of revisions since, I'm not going to add it to the list at this time.
If someone else decides to pick it up, I'll gladly add it at that time.
Alternatively, if another dev decides to add this to the list, that's their choice, I was just explaining my reasoning why I won't.

I don't mean to be rude, but I think you completely misunderstood Gord Caswell's comment. The app you're linking (or not linking to) hasn't been developed or supported for over a year. Test Releases are for apps looking for testing. As XMind Portable isn't maintained, problems through testing can't be fixed. This makes the purpose of putting the app up in the list pointless.
Additionally, we're not going to add apps unless the original developer requests it to be added.
