What happened to the option of not installing unwanted dictionaries?

I was doing a zap to regain some space and noticed that LO has a whole load of dicts (dict-de, dict-pl, et al) that I don't need. I have just UN-installed and reinstalled it and they are still there. They can't be removed as extensions from within LO either. Deleting them by hand doesn't make LO cry. Am I choosing the wrong installer?

Still Does

It's the Remove Extra Languages option within the installer. Note that this option is not currently available when you install via the app store or upgrade via the platform's updater.

thanks, John, I was using

thanks, John, I was using "Get more apps". Having just downloaded and run the installer and ticked the box to exclude extra languages I did end up with Brazilian Portuguese as well as English so there may be a tiny tweak to do, not a big deal for me.

added 26 Nov, didn't seem worth a sep post

is it possible Brazilian Portuguese gets left behind because of the dict-[a-z][a-z]-[A-Z][A-Z] format ?

Oversight

It was just an oversight in the current build. You can safely remove them. And I've added code to handle them in the next release. Smile
