How to install Flashplayer & Shockwave in FF

Evidently FFP does not include these two. I have been told that they are avaible as extensions for the portable as opposed to plugins. Regardless, can't find any info on Adobe's site so downloaded and attempted to install and receive window "Could not execute." And "windows can't find I:\(the thumb drive)\system\app\3c9f7b~1/exec\ FF\FF.exe.)

Also tried moving it to the thumb drive and installing from there, with same result. Files are shockwave_installer_slim.exe and install_flash_player.exe

When I click on the Flash

When I click on the Flash extension link nothing happens.

I restarted FFP and when I tries again a pop-up window was blocked. I allowed pop-ups from portableapps.com and again, nothing happens when I click the link.
