Please ad the Advanced SystemCare from Iobit to the Portableapps.
There is allready a portable version from this Advanced SystemCare.
This portable version is ready for downloading,
it is inside the Advanced SystemCare free version. (http://www.iobit.com/download.html)

The copy they provide is not fully portable. I tried making a portable cpy in the past, but there were numerous unavoidable issues that I ran into that wouldn't allow it to be a real portable app.
