Password protect a USB drive with NO admin access?

I'm trying to have an encrypted USB for my files at both work and school. I don't have any UAC access, but I do have everything else, cmd, viewing the registry, etc.

Is there any program that does not require to be installed to the host machine and doesn't require admin access? TrueCrypt needs admin access in order to run in portable mode, so that won't work.

I don't care if it's encrypted or not. I just want to make sure that other people that happen to pick it up because I lost it or something have no use for it. Keep in mind that these people also don't have admin access, so the security level can be low - as long as it can encrypt the whole drive.

The drive letter may not always be the same.

New Drive

The only way to do it securely without admin rights is to buy a drive with encryption or security bult in that their included software can unlock. There is no other way to do this. Any software based security would need to mount a drive letter which requires admin rights.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Hardware

This drive looks decent, as far as secure drives go. As far as I can tell, this is hardware-based, but I'm not positive.

some time ago I was given some links to the subject of hardware 'encrypted' flash drives.
