FireFtp and portable firefox

Hello again !

First of all I must say that I am now totally converted to Portables Apps and I never go anywhere without my USB Key

I have a little problem with FireFTP ...

Is there any reason why fireFTP should not work woth portable firefox ?

I'm quite sure that it did work in the first place but I simply cannot get a connection now ...
A click on the connect button has no effect at all ... Sad

I can't event create accounts !:((

Are there any other FTP extensions that would work ?

OK forget about it ... I just realized what FileZilla was about :))
Now I have to go and post on FileZilla forum Wink

Must be a settings thing.

Might be your settings. I have used FireFTP for over six months. It was recently updated because of a crashing problem. Check to make sure you have the latest version.

Version of FireFTP

What version?

Like I said they had an issue with a version recenlty. I think it was 0.94.5. They actually re-released version 0.94.4 before updating to 0.94.6.

I use FireFTP behind a proxy at work, then I use it at home without a proxy. My FFP switches back and forth with SwitchProxyTool.

Have you tried to get help @ FireFTP Homepage

I have installed the latest

I have installed the latest version.

The problem I encounter is the following:
I open FireFTP and my accounts are empty (happened just after updating).
If I try to add an account, I access to the new account window, I fill in all the params, but when I click on OK to save the new account Nothing happens...

Same with quick connect I fill in the quick connect form and click on OK but nothing ...

All the rest of it seems to be normal but I just can't launch anything related with accounts or connection ... And no error message whatsoever

The FireFTP support page does not mention such a failure ...

Any ideas ?

No sorry.

According to the FireFTP support page:

"If you're sure the issue isn't addressed here then feel free to email me: mimecuvalo@gmail.com"
