I'd like to see Inkscape created as a portable app for Windows. I personally don't have the time or tools to create this, so anyone with free time on their hands -- this would be really nice. There's already one out there for the Mac, but I need one for Windows, too.

In fact theres a thread about it not far below this

There is a portable version already - http://www.framakey.org/Portables/PortableInkscape
the site is in french, but the program is in english also
