When I think "photo organixers", I think of a database where in can catagorize each photo into many catagories and retrieve those photos via a simple query. Most inexpensive products seem to be the electronic equivalant of a "shoebox" of photos that are grouped by a primary catagory. An "open source" web based version of this approach can be found here http://www.plogger.org/
I have not found a "open source" product that fits my needs and am seriously considering developing my own, so I am interested in any discussion on this subject. Also, if anyone knows of promising products, I am also interested.

My version is 2.5. It gave me an option to install on a thumb drive when the installer runs. As far as I can tell it does not leave registry entries.
