Long answer: We only make apps portable here that we are legally allowed to make portable. This means apps under an Open Source licence, or apps under a freeware licence if the original developer grants us permission (or the rare case where the licence explicitly allows it).
HoMM3 is commercial software, so it cannot legally be repackaged or redistributed.
