[Fixed] RufusPortable download failure

When Selecting Rufus Portable from the New Apps Menu within the PortableApps Platform, the download is a HTTP 404.

404 Download error shows a version to be - RufusPortable_5.1.2.paf.exe

If I download manually directly from your release Page online, the version download is - RufusPortable_1.3.1_English.paf.exe

This is now fixed in the updater database. Sorry about that.
