OK I know I turned 50 yesterday which officially makes me old ( so says my daughter) but seems to me over night the font size of the pages here in POrtableApps has changed. Also the left hand panel where the sponsor link is has flipped so that the sponsored link is about the actions panel is now on bottom......So Please tell me I am now not senile?
The only thing changed last night was moving Sponsored links up a couple notches to see how it affects incomine. Font size has not changed.

There's a chance that you accidentally zoomed in on the page. Look for the zoom settings in your browser to make sure. As for the links and such? They could have changed, but I wouldn't know.
as stated just his site darksabre

The zoom can be on a per-site basis, as I can adjust the zoom of one without affecting other open tabs.
If at first you do not succeed, use more sticky tape.
I have notice one thing that has changed - but it might have happened a couple of days ago.
On the Recent Posts page (https://portableapps.com/tracker), the column that shows the total number of posts and the number of new post seems to have narrowed causing the number on new posts to word wrap in the column.
Normally the it would look like
now it looks like
It's nothing major, but it is a change.
Although, it could just be me/my computer? XPHome SP3, Firefox 18.0 (portable)
Wait a second!?! A couple of days ago would be about when I updated to Firefox 18.0.
*check the Recent Posts page with SRWare Iron (portable)*
ah-ha!
The column appears normal in Iron, so it is probable a Firefox 18.0 thing?
so, the $0.64 question is, is it just my Firefox 18.0 or does this affect others as well? Oh, I can test that
*checks the Recent Posts page with ComodoIceDragon 18.0.1.0 (portable) as that is based on FF18*
Ah-Ha! The same problem with the column with happens with ComodoIceDragon 18 as well.
So, maybe this is a Firefox 18.0 quirk (and not just me/my computer?)
ps: apologies for rambling
I turned the left sidebar back on on the Download and Recent Posts page. I trimmed down the width of the recent posts table to try and keep each entry to a single line.

Should be ironed out now

Hi John, long time.
1. In the site-wide news banner at the top, you used the wrong CSS syntax for unprefixed linear-gradient. It should not be
background-image: linear-gradient(bottom, rgb(254,254,254) 8%, rgb(229,229,229) 90%);
but either
background-image: linear-gradient(to top, rgb(254,254,254) 8%, rgb(229,229,229) 90%);
or even switched to default top-to-bottom direction:
background-image: linear-gradient(rgb(229,229,229) 10%, rgb(254,254,254) 92%);
Standard syntax uses "to oposite side". Additionally, standard property is recommended to be declared last, after all the prefixed ones.
2. You might want to do some image optimizing on PA. Saving just four pages, copying/overwriting *.png to a single directory, then optimizing reduced their size from 73.644 bytes to 59.499 bytes. 20% difference in size, times how many unique monthly users?

If you went further and did it on the App Directory and app screenshots, you are looking at several dozen gigabytes of saved bandwidth with no infrastructure changes. Just zap images from PA and run them through some optimizer. Remember to keep the originals for image manipulations but optimized ones on the site.
My posts are old and likely no longer relevant.
The column is back behaving like it used to.
Thank you
I wondered the same thing.
Since a couple of days, on the recent posts-page, the number of new posts (1 new) is split in 2 lines and thus the page is longer and the links are harder to click. At the same time, there are 2-3 cm of unused space left and right of the table.
EDIT: Seems like I am not the only one - and I use firefox 18 too.

Seems like column width is specified in pixels instead of percentage. I can maximize Firefox and the screen stays narrow with wrapped columns.

If it were percentage, when you maximize, the viewing area would be too wide for most of the content on the site. It has a max width.
