is the gpg4usb not enough?
I mean the gpg4win is itself in its new version OK, but the gpg 4usb also contains its own key management and can do all jobs as well, incl checking those linux downloads.
Kleopatra is just an extra key management in the recent versions of gpg4win. It uses also only the gpg2.exe and not able to work with older gpg.exe which many people (like me) do depend on for compatibility reasons.
